Details: It is likely that the Russians struck using a ballistic missile. Prior to this, the Air Force had announced a threat of the use of ballistic weapons and warned of an air asset targeting Pryluky.

As of 11:30, Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration reported that two people had been killed and at least 17 injured, including a 14-year-old child. Medics are providing all the necessary assistance, while emergency services continue working at the scene of the attack.

According to the regional authorities, Russian forces struck the centre of Pryluky at around 10:00 with a ballistic missile. One of the businesses in the city came under attack. A shopping centre located near the impact site, a supermarket and fire appliances were also damaged, the authorities said.
