Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi has said that one crew of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces kills an average of 15 Russian soldiers per month.

Quote: "A significant share of enemy losses is inflicted by our unmanned systems units across all three domains – air, land and sea. The average number of enemy personnel killed by one strike crew of the Unmanned Systems Forces per month is 15."

Details: The commander-in-chief added that he had also briefed the EU Military Committee on the operational situation on the battlefield in Ukraine.

According to Syrskyi, the situation on the front line "remains difficult", but the Armed Forces of Ukraine have "not allowed the enemy to achieve its strategic objectives" in the war.

"With limited resources, in order to effectively counter a significantly larger enemy force, we are trying to shift from a war of attrition to an asymmetric strategy. Our main tasks are to halt the enemy's advance and effectively counterattack, strike Russian rear positions, including deep inside their territory, and protect our skies," Syrskyi said.

He also outlined the defence forces' needs in weapons, ammunition and military equipment. In particular, he reiterated that Ukraine requires additional air defence and missile defence systems as well as missiles for them.
