One person killed in Russian attack on funeral procession in Sumy

A Russian drone attacked a funeral procession on the outskirts of Sumy on the morning of 23 May.

Details: People are reported to have been injured.

At least one person is in a serious condition.

Sumy Oblast Military Administration said information on all the circumstances and consequences of the strike are currently being gathered.

Sumy Oblast Military Administration added that the threat of further Russian attacks remains high.

Update: It has been reported later that a man who was seriously injured died during surgery in hospital.

His identity is being established.
