Details: Andrii Sybiha and the diplomats laid flowers in memory of those killed in the attack.
"We call on the international community to respond strongly to Russian terror. Moscow needs clear signals that we are united, that we will respond firmly, that Ukraine will receive additional air defence packages and missiles, and that Ukraine will certainly be a member of the EU.
At the sites of these strikes, we can clearly see how the enemy responds to the peace efforts of Ukraine and its allies. That is why increased pressure on Moscow is needed," Sybiha said, addressing foreign diplomats.
He also thanked the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and all emergency workers for saving lives and working tirelessly at the sites of Russian strikes.
