Russians attack Odesa: man injured

Russian forces launched a large-scale drone attack on civilian infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on the night of 6-7 June, injuring a man.

Details: In Odesa, a non-residential building caught fire as a result of the attack. A 41-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds.

In Chornomorsk, houses, a gas pipeline and a building on the grounds of a church were damaged. Two lorries were also damaged.

Damage to houses was also recorded in the Chornomorsk hromada. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Background: On the night of 6-7 June, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 236 UAVs. Ukrainian air defence forces shot down or jammed 215 of them.
