Russian forces carried out a combined attack on the Seredyna-Buda hromada in Sumy Oblast on 8 June, killing a 71-year-old man who was riding a bicycle. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
