Ukraine confirms strike on Afipsky oil refinery in southern Russia

Ukraine's defence forces struck a number of Russian military, logistics and industrial facilities on 10 and 11 June.

Quote: "The Afipsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Krai has been hit. Available data confirms the strike on the target and a fire at the facility. The Afipsky refinery is one of the largest oil refining facilities in southern Russia, with an annual processing capacity of 6.25 million tonnes. The refinery produces diesel fuel, petrol, fuel oil, and other petroleum products used to support the aggressor state's economy and military logistics."

Details: A facility for the production and equipping of maritime unmanned surface vessels was also struck in Sevastopol in temporarily occupied Crimea. The facility was used to assemble, equip and prepare unmanned maritime platforms deployed by Russia for operations in the Black Sea.

Also in Crimea, a UAV storage depot was also struck in the vicinity of Hryhorivka.

In addition, Russian command posts were struck in the areas of Davydivske, Novoznamianka, Bakhmut, Selidove and Pokrovsk in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. A drone command post was struck near Novoandriivka in Donetsk Oblast.

Quote: "In the area of Dovzhansk in Luhansk Oblast, a concentration area of an enemy drone unit has been struck. In addition, in the area of Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast, a drone production and repair workshop has been struck.

Ukraine's defence forces will continue to systematically reduce the Russian aggressor's capacity to wage war against Ukraine."
