Ukrainian forces attack Russian training range in Zaporizhzhia Oblast – video

Units from Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck temporary Russian positions at the Vostochny training range in the village of Novopetrivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast on the night of 11-12 June.

Details: The training range hosts the 40th brigade from Russia's Kamchatka, a Buryat territorial defence regiment, and recruits from Primorsky Krai. All of them are operating on the Huliaipole front.

Russian Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile systems, ZU-23 anti-aircraft guns, a MANPADS unit and manpower were also among the night's targets.

Background:

• Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 118 drones on the night of 12-13 June.
• Russia lost 1,310 soldiers killed and wounded and 88 artillery systems over the past day.
