Details: In addition, three settlements in Sumy Oblast remain without electricity due to severe weather. The ministry said repair crews are working to restore power.
"Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to all consumers as quickly as possible. Repair work is continuing around the clock," the ministry said.
No scheduled power outages are currently expected. The Ministry of Energy also urged consumers to shift intensive electricity use to daytime hours (10:00–17:00) to avoid placing excessive strain on the power system.
Background: On the night of 14-15 June, Russia attacked Kyiv, destroying Nova Poshta's largest innovative sorting terminal, a business centre and a Rozetka branch, while leaving 140,000 households without electricity.
