Details: Kuleba added that two more sailors had been injured, one of them critically. He expressed his condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
He also said that a vessel sailing under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis had come under attack, where three crew members suffered minor injuries.
"This is further proof that Russia is waging a war against freedom of navigation, international trade and global food security. Civilian crews, merchant vessels and maritime infrastructure that supports humanitarian and export routes are all under threat," Kuleba emphasised.
Kiper said vessels have now resumed movement and port infrastructure is operating with the security situation taken into account.
