Fuel will not be sold in the city on 22 and 23 June. Refuelling will be available only for vehicles belonging to the "special services" responsible for maintaining essential city functions.

Public transport will operate on a revised schedule from 05:30 to 21:00. Ferries will not run, although passenger boats will continue to be in service.

Large retail outlets, including shopping centres, supermarkets and hypermarkets, will be open from 07:00 to 20:00. Cafés and other catering establishments will operate from 08:00 to 20:00.

"Street lighting will not be switched on. Due to overloading of the power grids outside Sevastopol, temporary electricity consumption restrictions may be introduced," Razvozhayev said.

All outdoor public events have also been cancelled from 22 June until further notice.
