Details: The Security Service of Ukraine's Special Group Alpha carried out strikes on the Vtorovo line production and dispatch station in Russia's Vladimir Oblast.

SSU said the station is part of Transneft-Upper Volga JSC and is a key logistics hub for pumping light petroleum products to export ports and domestic consumers.

Diesel fuel is transported through the station to the Moscow Ring Oil Products Pipeline and from there to major oil depots around Moscow. The station also supplies oil products for export through Baltic Sea ports.

SSU's early reports indicate that drones hit the facility's technical buildings.
