Details: In March 2026, Harbuz wrote in an article for Ukrainska Pravda that open-source data at the time indicated 23 Flamingo cruise missiles had been launched. OSINT analysts had identified six missiles that reached their intended area, but only two were confirmed to have struck their designated targets. One additional strike remained unconfirmed.
Over the past two months, the number of confirmed successful strikes has increased. According to the analyst, FP-5 missiles hit the Progress plant in Cheboksary, Russia, as well as the Titan-Barrikady facility in Volgograd.
"Over these two months, the number of missiles used increased from 23 to 39. The number of confirmed target hits rose from two to six," Harbuz wrote.
According to the OSINT analyst, the attack on the Titan-Barrikady plant in Volgograd was the most successful in terms of the proportion of missiles that reached their target. Of the five missiles identified from open sources, three struck the facility.
"I would remind you that the results of the vast majority of launches remain unknown to the public. What you see here is only the raw statistics based on open-source data," Harbuz added.
