Details: The Dubna facility is a key satellite communications centre used, among other purposes, for intelligence gathering and coordinating Russia's occupation forces operating in Ukraine.

The site is located more than 500 km from Ukraine's state border.

No information has yet been released about the results of the strike.

Quote: "Recently, our defence forces already reached four such Russian centers, not only in Moscow Oblast but also in Vladimir Oblast. Step by step, we are implementing our plan of long-range sanctions and making it as difficult as possible for the aggressor state to carry out its invasion operations against Ukraine and the occupation of our territories. Relevant actions are also being prepared against other similar enemy facilities."

Previously: Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said Russia's capital came under a large-scale drone attack beginning at around 04:00 on 30 June. He claimed Russian air defences had shot down around 50 drones.
