Russians attack four petrol stations in Poltava Oblast: six people injured

The Russian army attacked four petrol stations in Poltava Oblast on 3 July, leaving six people injured.

Quote: "According to updated information, the number of people injured in the attack has increased to six. The National Police said that one of them is a volunteer, a Swedish citizen.

There was also another UAV strike on a car near a petrol station in the Lubny district. Early reports indicate there have been no injuries."

Details: Later, Diakivnych reported that two more petrol stations in the Lubny district were attacked by Russian UAVs.

Background:

  • Earlier, Ukrainian petrol station chain WOG reported that due to the security situation in Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson Oblasts, as well as at some filling stations in Poltava Oblast, special operating procedures would be introduced.
  • On the night of 2-3 July, Russian forces attacked petrol stations in Sumy Oblast four times, and on 2 July, they attacked a petrol station in Chernihiv Oblast.
