No casualties have been reported, and the venue has not yet announced when it will resume operations.

Freedom Hall has operated in Kyiv since 1994 and is considered one of the city's cultural venues. Over the years, it has hosted theatre performances, concerts, festivals, corporate events and international meetings.

Following a rebranding and refurbishment in autumn 2018, the venue was redesigned to accommodate a wide range of events. According to Freedom Hall, it welcomes over 5,000 visitors each month and is regularly used by Ukrainian and international companies, diplomatic missions and private organisers.
The Freedom Hall team is currently assessing the extent of the damage.
