Russian forces struck an industrial facility in Odesa Oblast on the evening of 9 July, causing a fire.

Quote: "An enemy strike caused a fire at one of Odesa Oblast's industrial facilities. Firefighting operations are underway at the scene."
Details: Kiper said all the appropriate services have been deployed to extinguish the fire.
Early reports indicate that there are no casualties.
