Ukrainska Pravda film crew attacked by Lviv businessman's security guards
An Ukrainska Pravda film crew was attacked by security guards at Edem Kyiv, a luxury hotel complex where Lviv businessman and former MP Ihor Kryvetskyi was celebrating on the evening of 9 July.

Quote: "Last night [9 July – ed.], during Ihor Kryvetskyi's celebration at the out-of-town Edem Kyiv complex, security guards attacked the Ukrainska Pravda film crew using green dye.
Thank God the dye did not hit the cameraman's or driver's faces. A report has been filed with the police. We expect a swift and objective response from the law enforcement agencies."
Details: National Police spokeswoman Yuliia Hirdvilis said that following the UP journalist's report, Kyiv Oblast police entered data into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 171.1 – "Obstruction of journalists' lawful professional activities".
Update: In a comment to Ukrainska Pravda, Kryvetskyi denied that the attack could have been carried out by his personal security detail or security guards from Edem.
Quote from Kryvetskyi: "I have never engaged in anything like this. If journalists have questions for me or I have questions for journalists, I address them publicly."
More details: However, Kryvetskyi said no CCTV footage is available because the venue is operating in test mode.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances and investigative actions are ongoing, Hirdvilis added.
