Quote: "Yesterday evening (9 July – ed.), during Ihor Kryvetskyi's celebration at the Edem Kyiv housing complex, guards attacked the Ukrainska Pravda film crew using green dye.
Thank God the dye did not hit the cameraman's or driver's face. A report has been filed with the police. We expect a swift and objective response from law enforcement."
Details: National Police spokeswoman Yuliia Hirdvilis reported that Kyiv Oblast police, following the UP journalist's report, entered data into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 171.1 – "Obstruction of the lawful professional activities of journalists".

Update: In a comment to Ukrainska Pravda, Kryvetskyi denied that the attack could have been carried out by his personal security detail or by security guards from Edem.
Quote from Kryvetskyi: "I have never engaged in anything like this. If journalists have questions for me, or I have questions for journalists, I address them publicly."
More details: However, Kryvetskyi said they have no CCTV footage because the venue is operating in test mode.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances; investigative actions are ongoing, she added.
