Ukrainian drones struck four Russian vessels and 13 power substations overnight

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) struck four vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet in the Black Sea and 13 power substations in occupied Crimea and other Russian-occupied territories on the night of 18-19 July.

Details: Brovdi said that between 1 and 19 July, operations MoLoCHKa and Crimean Switch Off had struck 176 vessels from Russia's shadow fleet and 96 energy facilities.

Brovdi said units from the 414th, 412th, 20th and 427th USF brigades took part in the operations.

USF units successfully struck 59 targets deep inside Russian-controlled territory on the night of 18-19 July. Brovdi noted that Operation MoLoCHKa will continue indefinitely.

He added that Operation Crimean Switch Off struck 13 energy facilities and substations overnight, eight of them in temporarily occupied Crimea and another five in the temporarily occupied south and east of Ukraine.

"The lights flickered off in Kerch, Staryi Krym, Yalta, Sudak, Berdiansk, Yedy-Kuiu, Ponyzivka, Shchebetivka, Zelenyi Yar, Shyroke and other settlements," Brovdi said.

The commander reported that the strikes targeted power substations in Kerch, Staryi Krym, Ponyzivka, Yalta, Sudak, Shchebetivka, Yedy-Kuiu, Zelenyi Yar and Berdiansk, as well as in the settlements of Shyroke (Kherson Oblast), Bila Hora and Bezhynove (Luhansk Oblast), and Zemlianky (Donetsk Oblast).

Background: On 17 July, USF units struck 12 vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet in the Black Sea. Since 6 July, the USF have struck 159 vessels, including 117 in the Sea of Azov and 42 in the Black Sea.
