Russians attack energy infrastructure in five of Ukraine's oblasts

New power outages have been reported in five oblasts as a result of a massive Russian attack this morning.

Details: The affected oblasts are Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk.
"Emergency repair work is already under way wherever safety conditions allow. Energy workers are doing everything they can to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible," the post reads.
Electricity consumption remains stable. As of 09:30 on 21 July, consumption levels were the same as the previous day.
The power company is asking consumers to shift active electricity use to between 10:00 and 15:00.
Background: Since the beginning of the year, Ukraine has received 4,466 units of power equipment from partners, including generators, transformers, modular boiler units, cogeneration units and boilers.
