I have known Mykhailo Drapatyi for a long time. He is a commander with real battlefield instincts who assesses the situation with a clear head, makes decisions quickly, and protects his people. The army trusts him, and that trust has been earned in combat. Mykhailo Vasylovych, major tasks lie ahead, and you have everything it takes to accomplish them…

You can count on my full support and assistance. Our strength lies in our unity and in the responsibility of each of us."
