Russian forces dropped two aerial bombs on the city of Sloviansk in Donetsk Oblast on 23 July, injuring 14 people.

Details: Filashkin reported that seven apartment buildings had been damaged.

Update: Later, Filashkin reported that the number of people injured in the attack on Sloviansk had risen to 14.
