State Security Administration communications chief killed in Russian strike on Kyiv Oblast
Valentyna Savitska, head of the International Cooperation and Strategic Communications Centre at Ukraine's State Security Administration, was killed in a Russian missile strike on Kyiv Oblast on 24 July.

Background:
- It was previously reported that Russian forces struck Kyiv Oblast with missiles on the afternoon of 24 July. A training ground where a weapons exhibition was taking place was hit in the attack.
