Ukraine hits export terminal in Rostov Oblast and Russian oil facilities – video
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed that Ukraine's defence forces struck an export terminal in Russia's Rostov Oblast on the night of 26-27 July. Long-range attacks also reached oil facilities in the Yaroslavl region and Udmurtia.

Quote: "Last night, our long-range sanctions were effective in the Rostov Oblast. An export terminal approximately 250 kilometres from the front line was hit. Deep strikes also targeted oil facilities in the Yaroslavl region and the Udmurt Republic, which is 1,300 kilometres from Ukraine's state border. We are carrying out our plan of long-range sanctions and reducing Russia's ability to finance the war."
Background: On the night of 26-27 July, residents of Russia's Rostov Oblast reported explosions and fires. An attack on Rostov's commercial seaport was among the incidents reported.
