Strengthening cooperation with parliament: Ukraine's new PM introduces rules for ministers

Ukraine's new Prime Minister, Serhii Koretskyi, has made it mandatory for ministers to present government bills in person and to attend key parliamentary sessions.

Details: Ukrainska Pravda has learned that Koretskyi has made cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) an immediate priority in his new role. In a letter signed by the prime minister and sent to all cabinet members, he instructs ministers to step up their engagement with parliament.

Sources within the prime minister's team told Ukrainska Pravda that Koretskyi has introduced new rules for ministers. They must now present government bills in person, attend key parliamentary sessions, actively engage with the relevant committees and invite MPs to government meetings and to working visits to the regions.
