Two people were injured on 4 August after a Russian strike targeted civilian infrastructure in the south of Ukraine's Odesa Oblast.

Details: According to Kiper, the attack destroyed a house and left two people injured.
The strike also sparked a fire, which firefighters quickly extinguished.
