Ten people were injured in a Russian strike on transport infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on the afternoon of 3 August.

Quote from Kiper: "The enemy attacked transport infrastructure in Odesa Oblast. The attack caused a fire to break out at one of the facilities. Sadly, early reports indicate that six people have been injured; three of them have been hospitalised."
Details: Kiper reported that those injured in the attack are receiving the necessary assistance. Efforts to deal with the aftermath of the attack are ongoing.
Update: At 14:10, Kiper reported that the number of people injured has risen to 10. Four of them were hospitalised. Doctors said one of those injured is in a critical condition. The others are in a moderate condition.
The Chornomorsk Information Service said the Russians struck Chornomorsk using two Oniks anti-ship missiles.
The outlet also posted photos showing smoke after the attack.
