A major emergency blackout has occurred in Sumy Oblast as a result of Russian attacks.

Background: On 3 August, as a result of combat operations and Russian strikes on energy facilities, some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts were temporarily left without electricity.
