Details: Kiper said the attack has damaged a Guinea-Bissau-flagged cargo ship loaded with Ukrainian wheat. The vessel's hull was damaged and a fire broke out.

The crew was evacuated to shore, and all necessary assistance is being provided to those injured.

"These strikes once again demonstrate the systematic and cynical nature of Russian terror, and the threat the aggressor poses both to civilian lives and to global food security as a whole," Kiper said.
