Zelenskyy ranks sixth in political leaders trust rating – survey
Valerii Zaluzhnyi, former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, has topped the trust rating for political leaders, followed by former defence minister Mykhailo Fedorov and Robert "Magyar" Brovdi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy ranks sixth.

Details: According to the survey, 27.8% of respondents fully trust Zaluzhnyi, 37.1% somewhat trust him, 11.6% somewhat do not trust him and 18.1% do not trust him at all.
A total of 26.8% fully trust Fedorov, 37.8% somewhat trust him, 8.5% somewhat do not trust him and 16.4% do not trust him at all.
Third place in the rating is held by Brovdi: 25.4% of respondents trust him, 25.8% somewhat trust him, 7.4% somewhat do not trust him and 17.7% do not trust him at all.
Fourth and fifth place by trust level went to Mykhailo Drapatyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces (24%),and Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (23.8%).
Zelenskyy placed sixth in the rating, with a gap of over 5%. A total of 18% of respondents trust him, 24.5% somewhat trust him, 17% somewhat do not trust him, and 37% do not trust him at all.
The survey involved 2,000 respondents. It was not conducted in temporarily occupied Crimea, in Luhansk Oblast, on temporarily occupied territories or in areas where active combat operations are taking place.
Research method: personal interview using tablets (CAPI). Statistical margin of error (confidence interval): +/– 2.6%.
Background:
- According to the same survey, over 60% of Ukrainians hold a negative or predominantly negative view of Mykhailo Fedorov's dismissal as defence minister, with over 57% supporting protests against his removal.
- The results also show that in the event of a possible presidential election, Zelenskyy would lose in the second round to Budanov, Zaluzhnyi and Fedorov.
- Were parliamentary elections to be held in the near future, the political forces of Zaluzhnyi and Fedorov would receive the most votes.
