Russians attack civilian vehicle with drone in Kherson Oblast: woman killed

Russian forces attacked a civilian vehicle on a highway in Kherson Oblast on the morning of 7 August with a drone, killing a 77-year-old woman.

Details: A 77-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries as a result of a strike by a Russian Molniya-type drone and could not be saved despite the efforts of medical personnel.

A 70-year-old man was also taken to hospital. He was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds to the eye, arms and legs, a bone fracture, concussion, and blast and closed traumatic brain injuries.

Medical personnel are currently providing him with all necessary assistance.
