"Russia is relentlessly attacking Ukraine's oil and gas extraction in order to inflict maximum damage on our infrastructure ahead of winter," said Serhii Fedorenko, acting Head of Naftogaz. He described it as the largest attack on Ukrnafta's facilities in recent memory.

Russian forces also attacked four Ukrnafta petrol station complexes in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts over the past day. Neither customers nor staff were injured.
