Russians ordered to conduct "free hunt" for vehicles in Kherson Oblast

Kherson Oblast Military Administration has reported that Russian forces have allegedly been ordered to intensify drone attacks on motor vehicles in the oblast.

Details: The Oblast Military Administration, citing Ukraine's defence forces, notes that this refers to a so-called "free hunt" for vehicles using drones, including fibre-optic guided drones.

The administration stated that Russian forces have increased the number of their drone crews in the region for this purpose.

Russian forces may be paying particular attention to vehicles that outwardly resemble defence forces transport, according to the Oblast Military Administration. An elevated risk of strikes near areas with significant concentrations of vehicles – supermarkets, markets, and petrol stations is also reported.

The Oblast Military Administration called on residents of the oblast to be especially vigilant in the coming weeks.
