A man who sustained severe injuries in a Russian drone strike on a market in Bilopillia, Sumy Oblast, on 7 August has died in hospital.

He was 82 years old. The elderly man sustained multiple severe injuries when a Russian drone attacked people at the market."
Background:
- On the morning of 7 August, Russian forces attacked people at a market in the Bilopillia hromada in Sumy Oblast with a drone, injuring 10 people. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
- In total, 21 people, including an eight-year-old boy, were injured in Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast on 7 August.
