Third strike in two months: satellite images show damage to Shahed drone storage points in Crimea
Satellite images have revealed the consequences of a Ukrainian strike on infrastructure at the Hvardіiske airfield in occupied Crimea on the night of 6-7 August.

Details: The analyst reported that the sites used for the storage, preparation, and launch of Shahed-type loitering munitions were struck.
"As a result, two aircraft hangars used for UAV storage and preparation were hit, and one fuel and lubricants depot was destroyed," the post states.
In addition, according to his data, six impacts were recorded on the runway, after which a fire broke out. The Dnipro Osint analyst noted, however, that it is currently unknown what was struck at these locations.
In the published satellite images, the analyst marked the impact sites on the airfield grounds, including the damaged hangars, the fuel and lubricants depot and traces of impacts in the runway area.
He also specified that this is already the third strike on the airfield's infrastructure in two months.
During the previous Ukrainian strike on 18 July, satellite image analysis recorded at least eight impacts. In one of the hangars, detonation of UAV warheads likely occurred.
At the end of June, the OSINT analyst also recorded damage to two airfield hangars near which Shahed and Shahed-type loitering munitions had previously been stationed.
