Russian forces dropped three guided aerial bombs on a residential area of Sumy, killing a man, on the afternoon of 11 August.

Details: A fire broke out on the outskirts of Sumy following the strikes. The explosions damaged houses. A man who was driving a car at the time of the attack was killed.
