Russian forces attacked a petrol tanker carrying oil in Odesa Oblast during the day on 11 August, setting the lorry and another car on fire and killing two people.

Details: Kiper said that according to early reports, two people were killed and three others were injured.
"Information about the aftermath of the strike and the number of casualties is being confirmed. All relevant services are working at the scene," Kiper reported.
