Details: Due to the lack of cold water required for the stable and safe operation of heating equipment, hot water supplies were also suspended throughout the city.
Novorossiysk residents have been told that water supplies will be restored once there is "a technical possibility to restart the equipment".
Background: On the night of 11-12 August, Ukraine struck Russia's naval base in Novorossiysk with Palianytsia drones and Neptune missiles. The attack targeted air defences, piers and other port infrastructure.
