Russia launches large-scale attack on Kramatorsk community: one killed, 17 injured

Russian forces attacked the city of Kramatorsk and the village of Bilenke on the evening of 13 August. One person was killed and 17 injured when a residential building was hit.

Details: Filashkin reported in the evening that at least one person had been killed and 15 injured in strikes on the Kramatorsk hromada. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

The Russians attacked Kramatorsk and the village of Bilenke eight times between 20:30 and 20:56,.

Update: As of the morning, the prosecutor's office reported that 17 people had been injured.

Quote from the prosecutor's office: "As of the morning, one person is known to have been killed and 17 injured – seven men and 10 women aged between 47 and 85. They suffered blast and traumatic brain injuries, shrapnel wounds, cuts to the head, arms and legs, abrasions and bruises. They have been provided with the necessary medical treatment."

Details: The prosecutor's office said that between 20:30 and 20:56 on 13 August, the Russians had conducted a large-scale aerial attack on Kramatorsk using eight FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with UMPK guidance kits [which convert unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions]. The strikes hit residential areas, including high-rise buildings.
