Russian forces struck the village of Pechenihy in Kharkiv Oblast with a missile on the morning of 18 August, killing 10 people.

Quote: "Russian forces struck Pechenihy with a missile. Early information indicates 10 people have been killed. Eight more people have been injured. They are receiving all necessary medical treatment."

Details: According to the oblast military administration, the strike also damaged 10 houses, a café, a post office, a shop and at least seven vehicles. Emergency services are working at the scene.
