Russia leader Vladimir Putin has ordered the Russian government to adopt a programme to restore logistics and warehouse facilities damaged by Ukrainian attacks, which he described as "terrorist".

Details: Putin added that Russia's trade infrastructure was allegedly operating efficiently and reliably.

"Work is certainly being carried out under intense pressure, but everyone working in this area is coping quite well with the tasks that the current situation puts before us," he said.

Putin stressed that logistics and warehouse facilities need to be restored, including with state involvement, and that reconstruction work should be carried out using a fundamentally new technological approach.
