Russians bomb another grocery chain warehouse after just one week of operation

A warehouse belonging to the Fora grocery chain in the settlement of Martusivka, Kyiv Oblast, was hit in a Russian attack. Fresh produce was stored there.

Details: Warehouse employees were not injured. The chain only began using the facility last week, after a previous attack on its logistics infrastructure.

Fora is now once again redesigning its delivery routes and looking for ways to keep products available on shop shelves.

Background:
- On the night of 4-5 August, Russian strikes damaged or destroyed four Fozzy Group distribution centres that supplied the Silpo, Fora and Thrash! supermarket chains. Six employees were killed in the attack.
- On 8 August, Fora warned that after its distribution centres were damaged in a Russian attack, the range of goods available in stores might be limited for some time.
