Russia attacks KLO fuel depot near Kyiv

Russian forces attacked a fuel depot belonging to the KLO filling station chain in the Brovarskyi district of Kyiv Oblast on the night of 19-20 August.

Details: All employees are alive and uninjured, the company added.

Background:

  • A warehouse belonging to the Fora grocery store chain in Martusivka in Kyiv Oblast, where fresh produce was stored, was damaged as a result of a Russian strike.
  • Food warehouses and Red Cross facilities in Boryspil were damaged in an overnight Russian attack, with fires still being extinguished at the sites of impact.
  • A warehouse containing goods for Varus supermarkets in Boryspil was damaged in a Russian missile strike on the night of 19-20 August.
