Russian forces attacked a shopping centre in Kryvyi Rih with a double-tap drone strike on 21 August. The hits have killed 15 people and injured 130 others, including 23 children.

Update: At 21:32, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office reported that the death toll has risen to 15, while the number injured has increased to 130, including 23 children.
Twenty-nine people are in a serious condition, including five children.

Earlier, at 19:55, Hanzha reported that 14 people had been killed and 121 injured, including 22 children.
Details: The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that as of 16:30, Russia had launched a double-tap strike on a shopping centre in Kryvyi Rih.

Initially, Hanzha reported that the Russian strike had damaged a shopping centre, caused a fire at the scene and injured people.

Vilkul said the Russians attacked the city's largest shopping centre with a strike drone. He said many people appeared to have been injured at the scene.

He later reported a second attack on the shopping centre.

Quote from Vilkul: "There's been a repeat attack on the shopping centre by a jet-powered Shahed [drone]. They are flying at extremely low altitudes.
Further strikes are possible."

A search and rescue operation began following the attack. A fire broke out inside the shopping centre.
At 18:18, Hanzha reported that the number of people injured had risen to 91 and the death toll to five. He added that 21 of those injured were in a serious condition, including one child.

Later, he also said that a man who sustained serious injuries during the Russian attack had died in hospital, therefore increasing the death toll to six.

The prosecutor's office reported that the number of casualties had risen to 103, and Vilkul clarified that 11 children were among those injured. Twenty-seven people were reportedly in a serious condition, including three children.
