Source: Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, Chairman of the Board of the state-run railway operator Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways)
Details: Pertsovskyi said a foreman had been killed at the site. The other workers were quickly evacuated following the first strike.
He said Ukrzaliznytsia is investigating whether the strike had occurred at the same time as the warning of a ballistic missile threat had been issued or even a few seconds beforehand.
Russian forces also attacked the Odesa railway network. The railway station in Rozdilna was damaged.
Pertsovskyi said the aftermath of the attack is being dealt with and the attack has not affected train services.
