Details: On the day of the Russian attack, local resident Maksym was at the shopping centre with his two sons, Svoi. Kryvyi Rih reported.
Maksym and his older son, Davyd, were killed. His younger son, 10-year-old Matvii, was thrown aside by the blast wave.
Anna, the boys' mother, told a friend: "He was pulling his dad by the hand, crawling over glass and praying for himself. He felt like he was going to pass out, but he held on, 'because otherwise I wouldn't have woken up'."
Matvii sustained injuries, and the family has started a fundraiser to help him.
The Russian strike also took the life of 40-year-old Oleksandr Mosora, dad to a four-year-old girl.
Oleksandr's wife survived but suffered concussion and numerous shrapnel wounds. She is currently being treated by medics.
