Russian strike on Kharkiv outskirts: three killed, others injured
A Russian strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv on the evening of 23 August killed three people and injured several others.

Quote: "We are dealing with the aftermath of the enemy strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv.
Early reports indicate that three people have been killed.
So far, State Emergency Service units have rescued and evacuated eight people, including some who were injured. They have been taken to hospital."
Details: Syniehubov added that medics and rescue workers are still checking the area for possible casualties. Efforts to deal with the aftermath of the strike are ongoing.
