Russia attacks Kyiv Oblast, damaging warehouses in two districts and injuring two people

Russian forces struck Kyiv Oblast with attack drones and ballistic missiles on the night of 26-27 August, damaging warehouses in the Boryspil and Fastiv districts. A 15-year-old girl and a 73-year-old woman have been injured.

In the Boryspil district, the attack caused a fire at warehouses. Efforts to put it out are currently underway and all the necessary emergency services have been deployed at the scene."

Details: Ruban told UP that firefighters are continuing to put out the fire at the warehouses in the Boryspil district.

Warehouse facilities were also damaged in the Fastiv district.

Houses were damaged in the Boryspil, Brovary and Vyshhorod districts.

A 15-year-old girl and a 73-year-old woman were injured in the Boryspil district. They received medical treatment at the scene and did not require hospitalisation.

Background: Two educational institutions and a municipal medical facility have been damaged in Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district and debris from downed aerial assets has landed between residential buildings in the Podilskyi district as a result of the latest Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital.
