Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast: 1 killed, 2 injured
One person was killed and two others were injured in the Bucha and Fastiv districts as a result of a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast on the morning of 28 August.

Quote from Tkachenko: "Unfortunately, the enemy's morning attack killed a person in the Bucha district.
Another man sustained multiple shrapnel wounds. He was taken to hospital.
A woman was also injured in the Fastiv district – she suffered cuts to her hand. She is currently receiving the necessary medical assistance."
Details: Tkachenko also said that civilian infrastructure was damaged in the Fastiv, Boryspil, Vyshhorod, Brovary and Bucha districts as a result of the Russian attack.
Early reports indicate that 14 warehouses, 16 houses, three apartment buildings and 16 vehicles were damaged.
Update: The State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed that the person killed and those injured were civilians at sites where the aftermath of Russian strikes was being dealt with.
The service said that people, out of interest in the firefighting process, are disregarding safety rules and approaching areas where the aftermath of the attacks is being dealt with. The State Emergency Service urged people not to enter such areas and not to leave shelters or other safe places unless absolutely necessary.
Viktoriia Ruban, spokesperson for the State Emergency Service in Kyiv Oblast, told Ukrainska Pravda that the person killed was in Vyshneve, Bucha district.
Background: On the night of 27-28 August, a Russian drone destroyed a sorting hub of Nova Poshta (Ukraine's largest private postal operator) in Sviatopetrivske, Bucha district, and damaged a nearby production facility.
