Ukraine's Foreign Ministry responds to Russian official's calls to bomb Ukraine: The only reason for Ukrainians to raise their hands is to give Russia the middle finger

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi has said that calls by Pyotr Tolstoy, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma (the lower house of the Russian parliament), to bomb Ukrainian cities should serve as grounds for an arrest warrant to be issued by the International Criminal Court.
